Additions:
-added the possibility for some ad requests to be rate requests
-added a button for the user to indicate if they have already rated the game
-added a translucent background to certain UI groups

Fixes:
-fixed the already rated game button
-removed some debugging code

Changes:
-removed the already rated game button, put its functionality in the YES! button
