Owner of www.orthopaedic.org.in is Dr. G.K.Singh who was one of the five students in the 64-year history of the King George Medical College Lucknow (from 1911 to 1975) to get MBBS Honors. He was the Hewett Gold Medalist, topper of the 71-75 batch, besides securing 17 gold medals and 36 academic prizes during MBBS. He was awarded the BN Sinha gold medal for the best postgraduate thesis and the best house officer award for showing kindness to patients. He also hold a Masters degree in Orthopedics from KG Medical College, Lucknow, A Masters degree in Clinical Epidemiology from University of Pennsylvania, USA (an Ivy League University), a Diplomat of National Board in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a PG Diploma in Hospital Management and a Fellowship of International College of Surgeons giving a strong theoretical background for functioning as a leader of a Medical Institution.
