NFC Reader

--Removed the ability to write to tags, the feature doesn't work and will be put back in with a later update.
--A user was reporting that the reader was requiring the ability to read wifi information, The app DOES NOT connect to the internet at all. This is a problem with MIT App Inventor 2 and I will hopefully patch this soon.
