For HCPs: fingerprint/facial recognition and (for physicians only) access to replays of online conferences
For patients: Access to a satisfaction survey and information on how to prepare for sample taking
For all: Direct access to blood collection points in Belgium, their address and, by clicking on the address, GPS directions to get to the blood collection point
