Most of the frequencies are too high for humans to be able to hear, so it should not disturb your sleep. But you can adjust the minimum and maximum frequencies, if necessary. We recommend you use an old spare phone to run this app, so that you can leave it running somewhere 24/7. To verify it's working (if you can't hear it), you could use a spectrum analyzer, such as this one.
