Game History now added showing all Games and doors chosen, and result, with date & time.

Monty now has Streaks available: lifetime winning streak, lifetime losing streak, current winning streak, current losing streak.
Streaks also include animations.
Sounds added - you can un/mute Montys sounds with the Floating Action Button.
UI improvements.
