1. Added color image support such as Ultrasound Modality
2. Added support viewing, receiving and sending JPEG and RLE compression files
3. Added support Portrait and Landscape screen orientations
4. Fixed some incorrect dicom tag values
5. Fixed an issue found on Android 5.0(Lollipop)
