Few bug fixes and usability improvement!

We have improved Appointment details screen by including icons and showing add-on details near appointment time and other appointment related details. This will help to make it more readable and you can easily view the information you need in one go without much scrolling!

Bugs fixed:
Few users faced error when attempting to view client forms
Unable to find the business when searching by name
