- added background music and images
- added some operations with operands up to 5 digits
- fixed some bugs and templates producing questions with incorrect grammar
- improved quality of choices so it is not easy to guess the answer just by looking at the choices
- included handling for errors on ads
- saving settings on SD card as saving them on preferences seems intermittent
