Support for specification changes:
・Share from any point on Y!MAP
・Route sharing from Google Maps

Bug fixes:
・Route sharing from Google Maps would sometimes ignore the way point.
・Share from MAPS.ME no longer works, but it seems to be a server-side problem.

Added functions:
・Sending a route to WAZE (origin and waypoints cannot be forwarded).
・Sending a drop point to Ola (an Indian taxi booking app).
