- fixed bug where application could terminate due to exception occuring when not reading weather correctly when adding a new Fish (with Location and Weather selected in Settings)
- Trip and Fish dates now stored as number of days since 1970/1/1 and displayed in localised date format
- Some buttons now appear as icons in the toolbar
- removed Admob banners
