v2.5.3: Offline files bug fixes

This version fixes a bug where some users were reporting missing files and crashes when synchronizing offline forms.

- A message will notify the user if any files fail to download and recommend to synchronize again.
- Any file that was downloaded incorrectly will be identified on the offline form's file list to allow users and support to identify the problem.
