LEA (Light Answers & Expert Advice) uses Natural Language Processing and AI to figure out your chat/questions and processes it to search for precise usable answers and advice. At times if the information you are looking for is not available (from any reliable source), LEA contacts real world experts to help you.You can even chat with the experts to drill deeper till you get what you are looking for.

You will also be able to allow the Lightbot to answer some questions from specific resources that you authorize (e.g your website, documents, brochures, etc)
