More behind the scenes work for the upcoming 1.1.0.0 Playroom update and some tweaks for the base game:

- Altered the Lucky Kitten present chances to accommodate new prizes coming in 1.1.
- Cleaned up the between menu fades.
- Improved the in level memory handling slightly
- Reworked the advertising system to adjust for video adverts not functioning.
