Hello, Kiq-ers!

So, the great news is ​*drum roll please* we have now made it possible for you to listen to music whilst doing the workouts!

You can also now see a breakdown of your sleep quality in the daily diary.

Other tweaks include, fixed bugs in workouts, activity logging and various general improvements.
