What's new:
- New Regalia, which can be crafted in the "Goods" tab, added
- Artisan's blueprints can only be received in Patrols now
- Ability to go on a 5-hour long Patrol for watching an ad.video added
- Pathfinder and Commander Licenses can be crafted no more
- Number of symbols visible in the chat was increased to show more names

Fixes:
- New messages are now shown in the chat windowed mode
- PvP and PvE leaderboards now work correctly
- Morale button is no longer shown in raids
