KIA CVIS manages the service maintenance of your Kia

Kia dealers have the tools, equipment and experience to maintain your vehicle and conduct any necessary repairs that may be required. They will also guarantee that only genuine Kia parts are used to ensure the smooth operation of your vehicle for years to come.

We also want to look after you by providing the most efficient and convenient vehicle service experience. You and all KIA owners are welcome to download the KIA CVIS app, connect to your car and to the nationwide KIA CVIS dealer network that supports all your service and maintenance needs.

The KIA CVIS app provides the ability to:

- Manage your Next Service Appointment.

- Locate your nearest or preferred KIA CVIS dealer.

- Look up accurate service and maintenance pricing specific to your KIA vehicle.

- Book an appointment at a KIA CVIS dealer for a date and time that is convenient for you.

- Once your booking is made, the app will remind you of your upcoming appointment.

On the day of service, simply drop your vehicle off at the dealer and track progress through the KIA CVIS app.

View pictures and video of the work being carried out on your vehicle.

Received status updates that let you know how the service is progressing.

As part of your service, your KIA dealer will also carry out a vehicle health check to ensure peace of mind or alert you to any needed repairs. The results of your vehicle’s health check are available through the KIA CVIS app. You can view photos or the repairs and even authorise any additional repair work all through the KIA CVIS app.

We’ll also let you know when your service is complete.

Then for your convenience, you can review and pay your service invoice online before you arrive at the dealership to pick up your vehicle.

The Next Service requirement for each Kia vehicle can be different. The Owner’s Manual that came with your Kia will detail all the servicing requirements but we will also remind you when your next service is due through the KIA CVIS app.
