Back from the dead, here is a new update for the one and only Inter-/Actief/ App! Mostly background work in this release to make development easier in the future.

Here are the most important changes in this release:
- Update from Flutter 1.9.1 (!) to 3.7.8
- Compatibility with the newest Inter-Actief API
- New photo viewer with zoom support
- Support for videos hosted on Streaming.IA
- Targets Android 13 (SDK 33), support until Android 4.4 (SDK 19)
