I Can't Wake Up! Alarm Clock

This quick update was made mostly to target battery optimization problems affecting Android 9 users.
Major update is on the way!
Changes:
- new in-app permissions' system
- added battery optimization information dialog with direct access to optimization's settings
- alarms will start correctly after phone's reboot on devices with Direct Boot and locked screen
- fixed problems with alarm starts on Androids 8 and 9
- fixed language settings
Plus many smaller and bigger fixes.
