HiFy - AirPlay + DLNA for Spot

This is a major new update. Please excuse any troubles and contact us for support.

It comes with a completely new Spotify-backend and will hopefully solve many issues.

Some new features are:
- Podcasts & radio-stations are supported
- Crossfading is supported
- MP3-Codec is implemented
- No more silent app-starts on Samsung-devices
- Much better stability with DLNA

@Users of a "BuschJäger-Radio": Please switch to "DLNA-Codec: MP3" within HiFy's menu.
