How Hana Yakiniku came to be

Before we first opened, there was a Korean and Japanese cuisine restaurant called “BLOSSOM FOOD COTTAGE”. That restaurant was founded by Ms. Aye Myat Soe in 2011 and led fifteen employees. Working in F&B industry has always been our dreams and we decided to transform the small restaurant to Hana Yakiniku after thorough research.

HANA means Flower in Japanese which also captured the essence of our first restaurant “Blossom” and hanna means number one in Korean. Since we wrote in Kenji letter, this is is also translated to Flower in Chinese.

Whenever we say our name, HANA YAKINIKU, it serves as constant reminder for us not to forget our root and always improve and move forward.
