HAMMER FITNESS - Group Training Centre is the very first of its kind.

What we wanted to do is take all the great things we love about Training Centres (Group Training Classes, Boot-Camps, Strength & Cardio areas, Crossfit) and put them all together. Also adding a few extra things I personally would like to have in a Training Centre... Smoothy Bar! Juice Bar! Cafe! Lounge Area! Supplement store! Bio-Scan on site! Kids area! And a real community vibe where everybody knows each others Name (Kind of like the T.V series Cheers! But a Healthy version).

There is so much I could tell you about Hammer Fitness and why we are so different from any normal Gym or Training Centre i.e. D.Js on a regular basis (where you can request songs during your training session), Surprise Live Bands for Group Training Classes, Family Movie Nights etc... And all because we are owned and operated by locals and all we wanted to do is create the best training centre that we would like and hopefully you will too.
