Fischer wants a design room where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the same room. The rotation will take 3 hours and is powered by solar panels and 79 wind turbines, with one turbine placed between each floor. Most of the structure is off-site.

These skyscrapers are built with many mechanisms to recycle waste, utilize natural resources, optimize space and natural sunlight etc., on top of being beautiful symbolic beacons in big cities.
