- Grade slider now shows the 2, 3 and 4 numbers also in the ticks and has a tip shown for users

- If the location service is off, enforcing to turn on the location service for handover action

- Proper error message will be shown if the aggregation unit name is more than 100 characters

- Long aggregation unit names are now truncated correctly
