V1.4

This is the biggest patch since launch.

- News feed now shows images once again, plus a few bug fixes in this section.
- Results page, design changes and tweaks, it also now displays the 2016 driver line-up.
- Standings page, updated with same design changes and tweaks as the Results page.
- Photos page, updated to display 2016 photos only. First batch has now been added, including photos from the wet weather test.
