Questa app è pensata per i pazienti

1. This Application is created for the Users who want to Find Doctors to Booked an Appointment with them nearby there location. User can find Doctors who are registered with our Application by the Symptoms name, Doctor Profile and Hospitals names.

2. This Application requires User location for correct search results. User can change the location which is found by device Geo-Location settings.

3. This Application is having user registration form where you need to enter Name, Email and Mobile Number and after OTP verification User Registration is completed.

4. User need to fill some basic personal details in the application.

5. On Home screen we have Tabs where you can have-

a. Home Tab

b. Family Members Tab

c. Account Tab

6. There are some other buttons also for User Appointments History, User Notifications and there is one popover with some extra additional options like-

a. Manage Emergency – provide contact list of Ambulance, Hospitals, Blood banks, Police, Fire brigade in selected Cities.

7. Home Tab-

a. This screen is having banners of offers and other important information and on click on then respective links will be open in web browsers.

b. Then you have 2 sections-

i. Find Doctor

ii. Help and Care

Find Doctor-

c. This section is design to Book an Appointment with the doctors on the basis of

i. Symptoms

ii. Specialists

iii. Hospitals

d. User need to turn on device location because, to get doctor list location is important. Doctors list is filtered in 3 Tabs-

i. Distance

ii. Experience

iii. Fees

e. Doctors list is shown on the basis of above 3 tabs, User can select desired doctor from these tabs and on next screen doctor complete details and hospital details of that doctor. In this screen User have “Book Appointment” and “Call Hospital”. The Doctor which is having subscription Application shows Book Appointment Button and for other Application Call Hospital button is available. On Click of Call Hospital you can call the hospital to book an appointment with doctor and on click of Book Appointment button, you can book appointment with doctor.

f. Select Date when you want to book an appointment with doctor and then select the Time slot.

g. Finally, select patient name for which you want to book an appointment then on click of Create Appointment your appointment is created.

8. Family Members-

a. User can add family members in our application so that User can manage their health details in single application.

b. To add New Family Members click on Create New Member Button

i. Profile Photo update is optional

ii. Enter name, Date of birth, select gender, blood group and address

iii. On click of Create Member new Member will be added in the list.

c. User can view member’s all health details on click on Member Name

1. All member details you can view here.

2. Profile photo blood group and address you can update.

ii. Vitals-

1. User can save and update Member’s Health Parameters like height, weight and BMI etc.

2. User can save and update Member’s Allergies Details like food, drugs and environment etc.

3. User can save and update Member’s Behavioral Indicators like alcohol, tobacco etc.

4. User can save and update Member’s Medical Details like diabetes, cholesterol type of disease etc.

iii. Vaccines-

1. If Member is less than 12 years old then here you will find one button to Generate Vaccination Chart for the Member. This chart will show the expected dates of Vaccinations from the Birth to 12 years.

2. User can update member’s vaccines details if member is already took them.

iv. Reports-

1. User can add update and delete member’s medical reports for the reference in the form of Image.

d. Member’s previous visits or appointments with doctors also you can find here on click of “Visits” button. Where you can see all previous appointments with their purpose and status as well as given prescription and Bill invoice from the doctor.
