Explore Fitness is not about losing weight or restricting your diet, we focus on WHOLE BODY WELLNESS! Explore fitness is about finding your inner and outer strength! It’s about pushing your limits and striving for more! We do not focus on weight loss as the only measurement of health. We believe in FITNESS OVER FATNESS. You can be healthy and strong at any weight or size. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced athlete, we will ask you to push your body to your personal limit, to run, lift, jump, and climb. This is about doing. We will excel at our sports and thrive in our adventures: run, lift heavy weights, and hike tall mountains. If you workout with us, we will not focus on inches and pounds, only personal records and race times, or how easy that ascent was, how you didn’t get out of breath biking that trail, or how you were able to run after your kids with out getting tired.
