You can either purchase Online Training Programmes (Including Nutrition Plan) or use as a tool for 1 2 1 Personal Training with your fully qualified Evolution PT. All exercises have videos showing how the exercise works to allow you to check your form and ensure the exercise is carried out correctly. This App really is your one stop tool for ensuring you and your trainer stay on track, meet your goals and improve health and wellbeing.
