We added some new data to help you evaluate homes:
- a new monthly cost estimate with mortgage, HOA fees, taxes, insurance, and utilities factored in
- an airbnb estimate to show how much you might earn if you rent the property on airbnb (note: we don’t guarantee the legality of airbnb in your area)
- the max internet speed available
- stats on how similar homes sold in bidding wars, if that is applicable to the home
