Egg Tracker for Pokemon GO

- Added new generation 3 Pokemon to the correct egg pools (based on what has been reported so far).
- Marked a few Pokemon that have been removed from egg pools as obsolete (marked with grey background). Users may have old eggs lying around, so they will not be confined to the unfiltered list yet.
