In this version the following is included:
1. Display In Progress Empty Trailer Request on Legacy Pending widget on Carrier Center and Job Center
2. Include partial delivery for Vendor Delivery job
3. Add trailer type restrictions to locations for plugin
4. Prevent Trailer movement to location when trailer exceeds length
5. Prevent special characters and spaces on trailer number at site checkin when creating new trailer
6. Display Seal Number on site checkout and trailer cargo
