- NGV coefficients modified for Euro 5 and EEV
- Added NGV coefficients for Euro 6
- Removed NGV profile for Euro 3 & 4
- Added "Kg" to selectable units (CO2 France)
- Fixed display issues on phablets

Due to the coefficients modification for Euro 5 and EEV, and to the removal of Euro 3 & 4 profiles, all NGV simulations saved by users for these profiles will be deleted.
