- Having a regular sleep is one of the well-kept secrets of good sleepers, that's why we are introducing in this version a sleep schedule. The schedule, available from your home section will let you pick a bedtime reminder and set an alarm for the week.
- We have reworked the ergonomics of the third section, now dedicated to Dreem programs. This will give you easier access to your content and daily action lists. The app will also let you know when new content is available.
