New features have been added for authenticated technicians only:

- Technicians can now add their notes.
- Technicians can now open other types of documents in addition to PDFs (e.g. Excel, Word etc.) provided that they have an appropriate app installed on the device to open the file.
- Clicking the photo thumbnails now open up these images in full screen.
- A new “Manage Parts” section has been added to allow entry of parts that technicians are installing, replacing or uninstalling on site.
