Default Dark Theme for Substratum

If you have problems applying the theme, check whether you have the latest version of Substratum installed and try cleaning your theme cache and re-installing the theme before reporting any bugs/errors!

Selectable System and Settings accent color:
- default (teal)
- amber (AICP)
- red
- green
- blue

Added dark notifications option (apply same variant for System and SystemUI!)
Use dark_legacy if your ROM hasn't latest OMS commits.

Added AOSP Email and Magisk
