More lower end devices have been excluded, but the Android API is still not sufficient in this respect. Please check the list of supported devices and not supported devices in the Death Rally game description.
Restoring progress after game update was improved, but please do it manually (Social button and then Restore Progress) if you feel that something purchased is still locked.
