Login Page shows 2 ports for Local and Internet connection to Comfort so that a free port can be selected easily

Set-up page includes 2 Ports for Local and Internet connection

IMPORTANT: Please Uninstall the existing version 1.5 before installing this version, due to changes in the Database

This requires ETH03 Firmware v2.16 and Comfort Server Manager v2.06
