As the first of it’s kind in Kuwait, at CIRCUIT+, you will not find a treadmill, an elliptical, or a regular bike. You will not do your regular bench presses or bicep curls. The age of the Globo-gym is over.

With CIRCUIT+, any average non-athletic person can manage to workout, yet even professional athletes can take their performance to the next level at our gym. Our workouts are non-traditional, interesting, effective, and scalable exercises.

At our training facility, personal trainers supervision will ensure technique perfection, timed circuit training system will build efficiency, and the group workout atmosphere will maximize motivation.
