Banner add was causing stuttering during play so was removed from playing area and will only show up in the main menu.
Full screen add (interstitial add) was not showing properly so was from now on is showing after clicking on the Chicken or Sheep button.
Further minor optimization improvements
Interstitial add won't show up if it isn't fully loaded before tapping on the buttons
