The chakras are energy centers. In the body there are seven main chakras aligned in the spine, starting at the base and going up to the head.

In Yoga and Meditation they mean the wheels of the energy that are all over the body.

Each chakra has a different color and can be exercised through meditation:

- Violet: Sahasrara

- Indigo: Ajna

- Blue: Visuddha

- Green: Anahata

- Yellow: Manipura

- Orange: Svadhisthana

- Red: Muladhara

To meditate on the chakras it is recommended to use sound vibrations.
