Cedar Bay Apps 4 Client

First update for some time (app has been being developed and released as apk files in the meantime).

Summary of updates:
- Auto add panel at the bottom of screens to help aesthetics
- Slight visual changes to say CB Apps, not CB Apps 4 as this client supports CB Apps 5 too
- Intent based barcode scanning is now supported if configured in DataWedge. This can help with performance and accuracy of scanning barcodes.
- Support for newer DataWedge versions
