1.70b - Fixed issue with don't show again not working

1.70 - Improved how quiz reports deal with drawing questions
Clicking on pictures in quiz review now makes them bigger
Clicking on 'Change Answer' when answering a drawing question no longer clears the picture
Drawing is now much smoother for images with lots of lines
Icons when drawing are now much smaller (and extra space used to add an eraser)
Fixed occasional bugs when changing colors while drawing
