Get Call Utils (PRO version for Salesforce) old version APK for Android
Chiamata Utils aiuta a salvare i registri delle chiamate, audio e discorso trascritto - a Salesforce.
Call Utils helps with logging calls to Salesforce.
Apart from simple call tracking this application allows automatic audio recording and saving records as MP3 attachments.
One of the main advanced feature is transcribing speech to text. It opens BigData processing, text searching and other possibilities in your Salesforce.
(Salesforce Administrator must set Google cloud speech API key for this feature).
TIP: If you don't like deciding after all calls, set action after a call to Automatic synchronize.
To use this application you'll require:
- Salesforce CRM account with enabled API access. (For testing you can use free Developer edition.)
- Subscription fee charged after the trial period.
- Enough space in internal (safer) android storage for audio recording. The space is released after each synchronize to Salesforce.
- Login to Salesforce with currently the best security standard OAuth2. Call Utils will not store your password. There is no other Security Token required.
