* Added a toggle for the time and date display
* Added 'Event Active type' so that you can set it to various options
* Added option to disable the Notification completely
* Fixed hidden events being included in Icon color and types such as time till next event
* Rearranged the calendar picker to reduce confusion
* Created new Icon type 'Time till next appointment' which doesn't include 'Time till end appointment'
* Added the ability to hide all active/current events
* Christmas cheer fixes ;)
