O CAFIB foi fundado em 1978 numa reação contra a mestiçagem, realizada por criadores inescrupulosos que sem controle, sem planejamento, sem seleção e usando o ilegal artificio da falsificação de pedigrees, registravam “filas-mestiços” no então BKC como se Filas Puros fossem. Foi uma reação também aos dirigentes do então BKC que sempre se mantiveram omissos e optaram pelo aumento do faturamento deste clube.

Os fundadores do CAFIB começaram do zero, organizando nosso clube com Padrão, Regras e Estatutos rígidos e criaram a famosa e bem sucedida Analise de Fenótipo e Temperamento, assim como viajaram de Norte ao Sul do Brasil selecionando Filas Típicos até formar o plantel-CAFIB.

Sendo assim, o CAFIB é o único Clube responsável por resgatar da extinção e preservar o Fila Brasileiro Puro até hoje.

Decorridos 37 anos, o CAFIB é um sinônimo de sucesso na criação do chamado Fila Brasileiro PURO reconhecido em todo mundo, com 10 Representações no Brasil, 3 Clubes do exterior e 17 Representações do mundo. Em novembro próximo estaremos realizando a nossa 100 ª Exposição Nacional.

AFIB was founded in 1978 as a reaction against miscegenation, performed by unscrupulous breeders who without control, without planning, without selecting and using the illegal artifice of pedigrees forgery, recorded “fila-mestizos” in the old BKC as they were Pure Filas. It was also a reaction against the BKC leaders who always remained silent and opted for revenue growth in this club.

The founders of CAFIB started from the very beginning, organizing CAFIB Standard, Rules and Statutes and created the famous and successful Analysis of Phenotype and Temperament, and traveled from North to South of Brazil by selecting Typical Filas to form the CAFIB-squad.

So CAFIB is the only Club responsible for rescue from extinction and preserve the Fila Brasileiro Pure.

After 37 years, CAFIB is synonymous with success in the breeding of the so-called PURE Fila Brasileiro and is a worldwide recognized Fila club, with 10 Representations in Brazil, 3 Clubs abroad and 17 Representations around the world. Next November we will be holding our 100 th National Exhibition.
