Everyone could use a little more mindfulness in their day, but it's tough to build the habit.

The BreatheBot app uses your front facing camera to determine whether you're facing your device. If you are, it displays a breathing animation for 16 seconds. When you're done, it shuts off for an hour.

Open the app and keep your phone on your desk for an hourly mindfulness boost!

Some things that may cause the detection to fail:

* backlight

* low lighting

* obscured face (clothing, hands, etc)
