This version contains the following fixes/improvements:
- Improved calculation of text widths. In rare occasions the text was cut off because of this. Takes care of general font size settings now also.
- Fix for choosing the correct layout set on rotation of device
- A recalculation of the page was not executed when the visibility of a control was toggled. This has been fixed.
- Fix for slow page switches
