Resolved issues in this version:
Chat screen sizing fixed (only first two lines of long chats were shown).
Swiping! Move to the next or previous hand by horizontally swiping the bidding.
Explanation marker added. Bids marked with * have an explanation - click on it to see.
Dealset code is shown. You can recognize special boards by the dealset code.
Layout notes entry field has been aligned with that of the chat entry.
Major Xamarin update.
