Tell us a bit about yourself and let the BeingWell app help you to improve everyday behaviours from the EatingWell, MovingWell, ThinkingWell and SleepingWell categories. By answering 20 questions you’ll receive a BeingWell score.

Personal goals are suggested based on your BeingWell score with various goals available for you to choose from and track over a 21-day period.

You’ll receive daily coaching cards with tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals and stay motivated.

Team challenges are available for employees to team up and compete against each other.

The BeingWell app has been designed to support Southern Cross Health Insurance’s workplace wellbeing programme.

You must be an eligible employee of a company that subscribes to BeingWell in order to access the app.

The BeingWell mobile application is operated by Southern Cross Health Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Southern Cross Medical Care Society.
