- added possibility to mute high battery warning
- added repetition of the high battery warning for devices where stop charging is not available
- added easy mode (only changeable in the app intro)

- added Stop Charging support for the following devices: Nexus 5, Galaxy Nexus (maguro), Amazon Fire, Nvidia Shield
